Recently, the list of the third batch of joint training bases for graduate students majoring in exemplary landscape architecture in China was announced. The joint training base for graduate students of South China Agricultural University Guangzhou Pubang landscape architecture jointly applied by our university and Guangzhou Pubang landscape architecture Co., Ltd. won the title of joint training base for graduate students majoring in exemplary landscape architecture in China (8 in total). This is the third national demonstration professional degree postgraduate joint training base approved by our university since the two bases won the national agricultural professional degree postgraduate practice education characteristic base in 2016 and 2018.
In recent years, the university has continued to push forward the comprehensive reform of professional degree graduate education, and cooperated with relevant colleges to further promote the new mode of science and education integration, production and education integration and training of professional degree graduate students. In the training of master of landscape architecture, the strength of industrial enterprises to participate in postgraduate training was increased, and the three complete collaborative education mode with the main contents of the whole process participation mode of postgraduate training plan, the whole cycle guidance research center mode of postgraduate practice activities and the full coverage mode of landscape architecture discipline was established. This mode has been praised and affirmed by the experts of the national master's degree teaching and Instruction Committee of landscape architecture, which reflects the achievements of our university and the school of forestry and landscape architecture in the education and teaching reform of professional postgraduates over the years.
