The youth volunteer service team of the Youth League Committee of the College of forestry and landscape architecture (hereinafter referred to as the youth volunteer team) was established in 2005. It is a secondary organization subordinate to the Youth League Committee of the college. It is mainly responsible for providing students with high-quality volunteer activities, most of the volunteer activities of the school of management and statistics of the volunteer time of the whole college.
Adhering to the voluntary spirit of dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress, with the purpose of being based on the campus and facing the society, Lin Fengqing has organized students to participate in voluntary activities such as the Canton Fair and Qiaodong service for many times, greatly enriching the extracurricular life of our students, improving their sense of social responsibility, and has been unanimously praised by the school and all sectors of society. At this point, all the young people will be on the existing basis, and provide more volunteer opportunities and a broader platform for students.
Under the leadership of the team leader, Lin fengqingzhi has three departments: project department, publicity department and secretary department. Specific responsibilities are as follows:
Project Department：
As the main beam of Lin fengqingzhi, the project department always shoulders the heavy responsibility. It is our main responsibility to write the activity plan, organize the volunteer training meeting, contact the volunteer organizations outside the school, contact the volunteer projects and keep the internal materials of the youth records. Every voluntary service activity is inseparable from our planning, organization and training, and also from our seriousness and responsibility.
Publicity Department：
As the main body of publicity activities, the propaganda department manages the WeChat official account and micro-blog, production posters, videos and leaflets, photo activities, push events, press releases and the official account. From the production of promotional videos to the shooting of activity photos, we can't do without our production and modification, let alone our enthusiasm and efforts.
Secretary Department：
As a group of hardworking bees, the secretary department is diligent in inputting the volunteer information of the whole college, sorting out and saving the materials of Qingzhi, managing the mailbox, online disk, editing SMS, issuing various notices of volunteer activities, and managing the i-volunteer of the whole college students. Whether it's the recruitment of SMS editors or the proof of volunteer activities, we can't do without our review and arrangement, and we can't do without our care and patience. Although we are unknown, but we are indispensable, and bear no grudge.
