Red society of forestry and landscape architecture, South China Agricultural University, founded in October 2005, is one of the three organizations of the College of forestry and landscape architecture. Lin Fenghong society is committed to carrying out various public welfare activities and lectures with the Red Cross spirit of humanity, fraternity and dedication as the core, striving to spread scientific and advanced medical and health knowledge, serving all teachers and students of the college, serving all teachers and students of the school, and serving the society at the same time.
It consists of five departments: the Secretariat, the organization, the publicity, the outreach and the training. Presidium:
As the command center of the Red Cross Society, all big and small matters are decided by the presidents through meetings with various departments, reflecting the characteristics of democracy of the Red Cross Society. The presidium is committed to formulating various policies and objectives of the Red Cross Society, looking into the future, and leading the society to build a more united, characteristic and influential college organization.
Organization Department:
The organization department is the planner and organizer of various activities of the Red Cross Society. The origin of all activities comes from the organization department. The organization department shall organize no less than ten activities in a year, such as the first session of member training and oath conference, component blood publicity, hepatitis B knowledge publicity, AIDS publicity, team building, etc. The specific work of this department is to write the plan, arrange the personnel, follow up the activity progress, etc.
Training department:
It can be said that the training department is the first of the five departments to learn and master medical knowledge, because they are to train the Department officers and members of the Red Cross Society. Drug and sign language training meeting, CPR training meeting, dressing training meeting, massage training meeting, shift arrangement, assistance and coordination of other activities are all their work contents.
Outreach Department:
The communication department is responsible for the beauty and eloquence of the Red Cross Society, so you can meet more people and meet more people in the communication department. Its scope of work includes the distribution of invitation letters; keeping in touch with the Red Cross Society of various colleges and universities to seek for activity partners; contacting the manufacturers of business cards, meeting clothes and work cards; training of public relations etiquette skills; sponsorship to raise materials for the event; selection and training of hosts, etc.
Publicity Department:
The programmer & Designer of the Red Cross Society, here is the most imaginative department, and also the technical work department that pays silently behind the scenes, such as making push, making posters, making promotional videos, designing and making uniforms, making and printing work cards, taking photos, photographing, cloud disk / mailbox management, etc.
Secretary Department:
This is a department that can train the ability of data collection and arrangement, writing ability, etc. it is a good place to improve the comprehensive ability of individuals. The work content includes printing and distribution of materials; collection and arrangement of address book; evaluation and assessment of excellent members and officers; writing meeting minutes, activity summaries, press releases and speeches; monthly collection of invoices and receipts for internal reimbursement and recording of fund income and expenditure; activity filing: planning book, PPT, activity flyer, poster, application form, list of participants, activity photos and materials Table of funds, etc.; arrangement of advanced collective assessment materials of the University Red Cross Society, etc.
